I’m a British Asian Mental Health Practitioner, Licensed Therapist, and NCPS Member, offering online therapy for children, teens, adults, and families. My work is grounded in a deep understanding of culture, identity, language, and lived experience — especially for individuals navigating life between cultures, diaspora pressures, and generational expectations.
With a background in BSc (Hons) Physiology and BSc (Hons) Counselling & Therapeutic Skills, I bring a unique mind–body informed approach to therapy. I help clients understand not only their emotions, but also how their nervous system, stress responses, and physiology shape their wellbeing.
I support clients in English and Urdu, creating a space where you don’t have to explain your culture. I specialise in supporting individuals who carry childhood trauma, emotional wounds, attachment difficulties, and long-term patterns shaped by early experiences. My approach is gentle, safe, open-minded, and grounded in nervous-system regulation.
