Client Testimonials

Kind Words From Beautiful Souls

Every healing journey is unique. These heartfelt testimonials reflect the trust, growth and transformation experienced by clients who chose Door to Soul.

Working with Faiza has been one of the best decisions I've ever made. From the very first session I felt completely safe, heard and understood. She never rushed me or judged my experiences, and over time I learned how to manage difficult emotions with confidence. Therapy has completely changed the way I view myself and my future, and I now feel stronger, calmer and far more hopeful than I ever imagined possible.

Trauma Recovery

For years I struggled with anxiety that affected every part of my daily life. Therapy gave me practical tools, but more importantly it gave me a space where I could finally be myself without fear. Every session left me feeling lighter and more capable of handling life's challenges. I genuinely look forward to our sessions because they have become an important part of my healing journey.

Emma R.

Anxiety Therapy

Our relationship had reached a point where communication felt impossible. Through couples therapy we learned how to listen to one another again and understand each other's perspectives without blame. The support we received has strengthened our relationship in ways we never thought possible, and we now approach challenges together rather than against each other.

James T.

Couples Therapy

After losing someone so important to me I couldn't imagine ever feeling like myself again. Therapy didn't remove the pain, but it helped me carry it with compassion and understanding. I have learned how to honour my grief while slowly rebuilding my confidence and finding moments of peace again.

Aisha K.

Grief Counselling

I had reached complete emotional exhaustion before starting therapy. Every session helped me recognise unhealthy patterns and gave me practical strategies that I still use every day. I now have healthier boundaries, a better work-life balance and a much greater sense of control over my wellbeing.
